Consent to the processing of personal data

You hereby grant your consent to Notary Services sro, with its registered office at U Klavírky 1501/4, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague, Company ID: 27188582, entered in the public register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 103041/MSPH (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), to process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) processed the following personal data:

– Name and surname
– E-mail
– Telephone number

2. The aforementioned personal data can be processed based on your consent and must be processed for the purpose of communicating with the website visitor via a contact form or email who agrees to the communication and analyzing website traffic. This data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 2 years from the end of communication between both parties.
